Trade & Logistics - Functional Consultant – Dynamics AX
You will provide Level2 / Level3 level support in Microsoft AX modules for a Global client with offices across the Globe (30+ countries) based on critical issues reported by the Business users. You will act as a subject matter expert within the specific modules and timely resolution of the issues, Analyse Business Requirements, document functional specifications, prepare FDD, Design and development of the solution as per customer needs, functional testing and validation, perform UAT and solution deployment. You should have in-depth knowledge of Trade & Logistics in AX 2009, AX 2012 and D365 You should have Excellent command in Advanced warehouse management & Inventory Management modules. Minimum 3-6 years of functional experience with Trade & Logistics module and at least 2+ years of implementation and support experience. At least 2 full cycle implementations experience in AX2009/AX2012/ Dynamics 365 is preferred. Good understanding of Production and Finance modules is an added advantage.
Prior experience in integrating third party applications with Dynamics AX. Responds promptly and professionally to customer requests or inquiries seeking guidance from Project or Service Management as appropriate. Demonstrate proficiency in practice technology. Understand business process and relate knowledge to product functionality. Define business requirements for technical solutions or alternatives. Can identify and help design customisation, workaround or enhancements required to meet customer needs.
